1. Our Products

We sell digital files only (no physical shipping). Product pages describe contents, formats, and ratios.

2. Accounts & Orders

You agree to provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected abuse).

3. Licensing & IP

All designs are protected by copyright and related rights. Your purchase grants a personal-use license only (see License); ownership remains with DreamFurnitureSpace or licensors.

4. Pricing & Payment (Stripe)

Prices may include applicable taxes/fees. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA/3D Secure) may apply per PSD2. We do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via instant download links post-payment. If links expire or fail, contact us for reissue.

6. Refunds

All sales are final for digital products. For file issues, we will repair, replace, or reissue access. See Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

No scraping, mirroring, reverse engineering, or unauthorized reproduction. We reserve the right to protect our IP via technical and legal means.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Venue and jurisdiction lie with the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
